Easy transport, cozy stay

The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our three-night stay. The nearby tram and bus links made getting to the city center and airport easy, with public transit free for tourists. The room was clean and bright. A complimentary travel card for even more convenience.

The WiFi connection was a bit challenging to set up, and the pillows weren't as comfy as we'd hoped. We also noticed a strange smell in the lobby upon arrival, which could use some improvement. While these were minor inconveniences, they did take away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The staff team was kind, the rooms were comfy and equipped with air conditioning as well as good bathroom. The hotel location was marvellous and unbeatable convenient to the public transport.

The staff was friendly, polite and attentive. Rooms were well designed.

Important! The room rate is for "one or two persons", but none of the rooms have two beds. All of the rooms have only 1 bed (queen size), this makes it difficult for two persons that are not a couple to share a room.

The reception staff was unhelpful and did not provide clear instructions regarding WiFi or breakfast locations. My room was not cleaned daily as expected, with no refills for towels or toilet paper. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Ideal hotel, genuinely helpful staff in a convenient position. Delicious and nice breakfast option with numerous options. Location close to close to supermarket, airport and tram for town centre and the main tram line, decent restaurants and bars close by.

There should be room service within the rooms for ordering some meals instead of ordering at the reception/ bar all the time.

Positive, The room was lovely with great air conditioning. I loved how quiet it was, and the shower was really nice. The tram stop right outside was perfect for getting around. Breakfast was solid, with good choices, made mornings enjoyable ☕

Near to bus stations .Quiet, clean rooms and bathroom,comfortable room .Friendly cooperative staff.

The internet was slow, disconnected in some times even the paid one inside room(the prepaid value card).The hotel is located far from city center,in the middle of NO-WHERE.The resturant closes on Saturday evening (No dinner served)

The location was great. It's not in downtown, but there is a direct bus to downtown and also to the airport. Extremely convenient. I also loved that the hotel gave us the free transportation card so that we could use the public transportation for free during our stay!

It'd have been nice if there is wifi available in our room. Although, the free wifi in the lobby was stable and fast.

All fine, but mattress uncomfortable.

Unfriendly Reception Attendants

Good value for money in Geneva, received free public transport ticket for bus, train and harbour ride. not walking distance to city centre but easy to catch the bus in.

Consider asking about the local tram schedules at check-in to maximize your travel plans and avoid waiting.

Cleanliness of the hotel room (beds, cupboards, toilet), design is modern and friendly staff. Free wi-fi at the lobby.

Extremely clean and modern room, with a comfortable bed. Value for money both for the room and the breakfast. Close to bus stops for buses from the airport and to the city centre.

Location was not in the city centre, so it can be rather inconvenient though travel visitor cards were provided for free travel on public transportation and the airport provides free tickets for travel on public transport to the city centre from the airport. Room was rather small and there was no wifi in the room, need to surf the net at the lobby.
